Driven by our values, our vision is to create a new financial ecosystem for South African farmworkers that empowers and equips them to establish a healthy financial well-being with confidence. Our promise is to serve clients with cost effective and responsible products that protect them from financial exploitation, and free them from a vicious debt cycle.
The idea of Picsa was birthed in 2012 when one of our founding directors took it upon himself to find practical solutions for the financial challenges faced by the employees on his family farm outside Swellendam in the Western Cape.
What started out as a social initiative, has evolved into a professional commercial endeavour providing employee benefit solutions for the agricultural industry.
We have the highest expectations of ourselves to provide a skilled, moral and fair service. We can always do more and do better and that’s what drives us.
We provide only our best to ensure that all clients get an exclusive experience through us. President or farmworker, each will receive the same level of excellence.
We always keep our word and we stay accountable by being transparent with our clients from day one.
We deal with things sensibly and realistically and implement practical solutions that create real value.
We’re serious about what we do, and we always do it with a smile.
We always consider things from our clients' circumstances and point of view – to us they are people, not sources of revenue.
